The Kentucky Fire Sprinkler Contractors Foundation was formed to provide an opportunity to promote fire safety education and make philanthropic contributions to fire prevention causes.

Since its formation, the KFSCF has donated in excess of $150,000 to support pediatric burn unit services, juvenile arsonists programs, and fire safety education equipment. The Foundation has been recognized by the American Society of Association Executives with its 2002 Award of Excellence.

In a continuation of its mission, the Foundation has created a website at www.dormsafe.org to provide parents with information about which dormitories in Kentucky are equipped with automatic fire suppression systems.

KFSCF and its contributors support the goals of the Bingham Child Guidance Center and its Juvenile Fire Setter program. Our goal is to ensure that program materials are available state wide in this important effort to ensure that treatment and prevention of arson is given high priority. It is our hope that the lives of troubled young people can be guided onto a pathway of responsible contribution to our society.
